Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. Full payment is due before final image delivery.

Rescheduling Policy

Reschedules are allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.

Image Usage Rights

Clients receive personal usage rights for delivered images. Commercial or promotional use requires written permission or a licensing agreement.

Photographer’s Portfolio Use

Zavian reserves the right to use images from sessions for portfolio, website, and social media promotion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Editing & Retouching

Final images include standard editing and retouching. Additional edits or extensive manipulations may incur extra charges.

Delivery Timeline

Edited photos will be delivered within 3-5 business days unless otherwise discussed prior to booking.

File Storage

Final images are stored for 30 days after delivery. Please download and backup your photos promptly.

Liability Limitations

Zavian is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including equipment failure or unforeseen weather affecting outdoor shoots.

Conduct During Sessions

Clients agree to behave respectfully during shoots. Harassment or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate session termination without refund.

Agreement Acceptance

Booking a session with Zavian implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
