At Zavian, we understand the importance of your time, investment, and expectations when it comes to professional photography. We are committed to delivering a seamless, high-quality experience. However, due to the personalized nature of photography services, the following refund policy applies:
1. No Refund for No-Shows or Late Cancellations
If you fail to appear at the agreed-upon shoot location and time without prior notice, your booking fee or full session payment will be non-refundable. Our time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows result in lost opportunities for other clients.
2. No Refunds After the Shoot
Once a photoshoot session has been completed—whether partially or fully—no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes dissatisfaction with styling, location, or personal appearance, as these elements are outside of our creative control. We recommend thorough communication before the shoot to ensure we align on your vision and expectations.
3. Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to attend the shoot, we offer one complimentary reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the session. Any rescheduling within 48 hours of the shoot will incur a rescheduling fee or may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
4. Weather, Emergencies, and Unforeseen Circumstances
In the case of unexpected weather conditions or emergencies on our end that prevent the shoot from taking place, we will promptly reschedule the session at no additional cost or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
5. Digital Delivery & Retouching
Please note that photography is a creative service. Refunds will not be issued due to artistic style, editing choices, or subjective preference once the final images have been delivered. Minor retouching adjustments can be requested, but additional edits outside the original scope may be billed separately.
6. Booking Confirmations
A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. This payment secures your slot and is considered a commitment on both sides.
